• Is my money safe?
  All funds deposited with One4all for the Smart Planner are protected in a Client Trust Account.
  
  
• Can I stop at any time if I can no longer contribute or my situation changes?
  Yes, simply liaise with your HR contact.
  
  
• What happens if I leave the company?
  The One4all Smart Planner is set up and agreed by your company, therefore if you change companies you may draw down the full value of your One4all at that time.
  
  
• What happens to my contributions if I stop?
  If at any time you decide to stop contributing, you may draw down your One4all Gift Vouchers to the full value of your savings at that time.
   
• What if my employer is not yet signed up?
  An employee cannot sign up until their employer has agreed to partake in the scheme. Please contact your HR department to register your interest with One4all Smart Planner.
  
  
• Are my Prize Bonds still valid if I cease contributing?
  Yes, they are valid up to the end of your finishing month.
  
  
• Can I increase or decrease the amount I put aside during the year?
  This is subject to your company conditions to Smart Planner. Please contact your HR department for further details.
  
  
• How do I know what my Prize Bond numbers are?
  You can access this information online in your Smart Planner account.
  
  
• Will I be notified if I win money on my Prize Bonds?
  Yes, The Gift Voucher Shop will inform you and issue a cheque to the value of your winnings.
  
  
• If I win with my Prize Bonds, do I pay tax on my winnings?
  No. In Ireland, all Prize Bond winnings are completely tax-free and are not liable to D.I.R.T. (Deposit Interest Retention Tax), Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax.
  
  
• What is the Prize Bond prize structure?
  Monthly Jackpot Prize
  4 x €1,000,000
  A €1,000,000 Jackpot prize will be awarded in three selected monthly Jackpot prize draws throughout the year, with the fourth awarded in the draw held on the last Friday before Christmas.
  8 x €500,000
  The €500,000 Jackpot prizes will be awarded in the monthly prize draws held on the first Friday of the other eight months.
  Weekly star prize €20,000 is awarded each week, other than when the monthly Jackpot prize is awarded
  5 prizes @ €1,000
  10 prizes @ €250

  Privilege Club offerings are ongoing throughout the term of your membership.

  You can request these details to be re-issued by email or alternatively call the One4all Customer Service team on 01-8708111

  No. All services provided by The Gift Voucher Shop are free of charge.
  
  
• Can I redeem my Smart Planner for Cash?
  No. Contributions made to the Smart Planner scheme are drawn down in One4all Gift Vouchers, One4all Gift Cards or store branded gift vouchers. One4all Gift Cards and Vouchers can be spent in over 4,500 outlets nationwide.
